Since the beginning Dot Dot Dash has been guided by leadership defined by open minds and open hearts. For the last decade, that approach has taken our team to all kinds of weird and wonderful places. And, at our core is the belief that marketing and the creativity that informs it, can be a driving force for good.

So that's what we believe in: working hard, trying our best, being better and ultimately doing good.

Just like a compass, to get to true north, you’ve got to flip things around. So, we start with questions. Because pulling things apart is the first step in putting them back together.
If you want to attract attention, you’ve got to make things. And in order to create great things, you've got to push boundaries. You’ve got to put right and wrong into a bag and shake them up. Take the opposites and push them up against each other to find the tension in between. It’s inside this gap, between strategy and creativity, that magnetism lives.
Finally, like any good magnet, all that pushing and pulling leads to things to snapping into place and it's a satisfying feeling, especially when some good comes of it.
